INSA Forum 2021
Indian National Student Association (INSA), UK in collaboration with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) UK is proud to organize INSA Forum Day 2021, a one-day virtual multi-disciplinary event on 4th June 2021 (Virtually, 11:00-17:00 BST) for Indian students from various levels and disciplines of study across major universities in the UK. The event is supported by Nehru Center, 25+ INSA chapters and 15+ Indian Societies from different UK-based universities.
The event is a unique opportunity for talented Indian students to connect with major companies in the UK, career and immigration experts, and government officials in the same event.
For students, the event consists of talks on Preparing for Job Search in the UK, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, a talk on Post-Study Work Visa, and opportunities to interact with various employers. The event is online and free to attend for students.
For prospective employers, Talent acquisition and retention, as well as a dire skills shortage, are problems faced by many in the UK, especially within the Science, Technology, Engineering and Medicine (STEM) and other technical streams. Brexit accentuates the problem. As the UK navigates its way past Brexit, Indian students can help provide the necessary manpower to navigate the shortage. INSA Forum allows them to connect with a large talent pool not limited to one university or specialism.
For Academics, the event is proud to host prominent dignitaries like Dr. Shashank Vikram (Consulate General of India, Birmingham), Ram Gopal Rao (Director, IIT Delhi), Sanjeev Varshney (Dept. of Science & Technology, Govt. of India) others to discuss UK-India collaboration in Education. This is an invite-only part of the event and if you would like to attend, please email us at
