INSA's current president, Amit Tiwari, is quite passionate about helping the younger generation of Indians achieve their goals. His professional experience in the banking industry spans over twenty years at several of the world's top investment banks. In his free time, he enjoys reading books and spending time with his two young children
Parin Shah
Lead Corporate Relations And Student Support
Originally from Mumbai, settled in London, Parin has a passion for helping students to grow in their career & has been doing this for the past 15 years. With his experience & keen interest in community work he plays a key role in providing student support & managing corporate relations with INSA UK. He is the Founder and CEO of Back2study, helping international students with admissions, accommodations, jobs and providing pastoral support. In his free time, he loves to travel, meet people & learn new things.
Avikalp Kishore
South West Zone President
Avikalp Kishore is a Medicine Student at the University of Bristol. He has been part of the Indian National Students' Association for over 3 years, and has held various roles within the organisation and in the University's Indian and Hindu Societies. He has served as the President, Treasurer, and Vice-President of the local INSA bodies, and currently serves as the South-West Zone Coordinator on the National Panel.
Kishore Dattu
North Zone President
Kishore Dattu is a Design Engineer by profession at a Multi-national company based in Lake District. He leads the INSA North Zone and is also part of student well-being & support team. Kishore Dattu's other interests include Mimicry, Music, Geo-Politics & Philosophy. He is fluent in English,Hindi, Telugu, Kannada & Tamil.
Ranjeet Singh Rathore
London Zone President
Ranjeeth hails from Rajasthan India. Came to study LLB Graduate from Brunel University, London, where he got involved in student politics & ran for 4 student union elections, winning 2 terms as the International Officer & 2 terms as the Student Union President. He is currently active in UK national Politics working with a national political party. He is also the London Team Coordinator for INSA. Been an active part of the INSA family since last 4.5 years.
Puneet Dwivedi
Scotland Zone President
Puneet Dwivedi is an IT Consultant with specialisation in Data & Analytics, working as Senior Technical Architect with HCL Technologies for Natwest Bank. He is based in Edinburgh and is Lead for INSA Scotland Chapter. Apart from his day job, he is heavily involved in community work, he has been diversity campaigner, community engagement and outreach specialist. He is involved in many other charity and social organisation which includes, Go Dharmic – Humanitarian global charity, advisory board member with Free speech Union.
Omkar Singh
Midlands Zone President
Omkar Singh, a student of Msc International Business at Anglia Ruskin University (ARU) is a former Vice President & Trustee of ARU Students’ Union. Currently, Omkar works with ARU a member of professional staff in enhancing the overall work around the student start-ups, across all the main campuses of the University. He is passionate about politics, entrepreneurship, representation & education.
Vasikar Sathiyamoorthy
Midlands Zone Co-President
Vasikar is pursuing his BSc management at the University of Warwick. He hails from Rameshwaram, a small town in the southernmost part of India. In his career, he is interested in building influential, powerful and reputable Organisations, managing operations and solving problems.
Having grown up in an entrepreneurial family, Vasikar has realised the power that an Organisation possesses and how Human Resources can be efficiently managed in building and expanding a collective Organisation as a team.
He is a big time follower of Indian politics and loves reading books on how empires have been built. He is the founder of the Indian National Students association at the University of Warwick- a platform to promote the well being of Indian students & to provide them with networking opportunities.
